The reason mainly lies in the process that you plug in or pull out the USB port when the files are transferring to the file. We suggest that the users do not disconnect the player and computer when file transferring or formatting.

5. the music stopping and starting at intervals when playing
The reason lies in a poor contact between Mp3 players and computer when down-loading the files to the player. We suggest the user re-plug and pull several times, or change a USB port, or use longer USB cable, or change a computer

6. Songs maybe skipped and the player becomes out of work when playing.
It is quite normal to skip one or two songs when playing with Mp3 players! The main reason lies in incorrect compression format of music, which causes player’s incapable recognition of the music, and the player skip the song automatically without playing these songs.
Moreover, the chipset will also have effect on this.
There is a RESET button on the body, you can use this button to re-start the player.
